Who Needs a DWI Assessment?

A DWI assessment is required for anyone charged with or convicted of a DWI in North Carolina.

YOU MAY ALSO NEED A DWI ASSESSMENT IF YOU:

Were charged with a DWI in North Carolina and now live in another state

Were referred by an attorney

Need to complete court or DMV requirements

Were directed by another agency to obtain an assessment

If you are unsure, we can review your situation and explain what is required.

When Should I Schedule My Assessment?
As soon
as possible.

If you have an upcoming court date, completing your assessment before court is often recommended to avoid delays and allow any required services to begin sooner.

We offer flexible scheduling, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
