Outpatient Counseling & DWI-Related Treatment Services
SafeDrive Charlotte DWI and SAP Services, PLLC provides outpatient treatment services for individuals who are completing DWI requirements or who need structured support related to substance use concerns.
Treatment is individualized and based on clinical need, court requirements, or DOT SAP recommendations when applicable.
Our goal is not just compliance, but helping clients understand patterns, build accountability, and complete required services in a structured, supportive setting.
All services are available by telehealth.

Individual Counselling
Individual counselling sessions provide one-on-one support in a private setting. These sessions focus on personal substance use history, decision-making patterns, triggers, and any underlying factors contributing to risky behaviour. Each session is structured but tailored to clinical needs and treatment goals.
Group Treatment
Group treatment is a required and important part of outpatient services for many clients. Groups focus on education, accountability, behaviour change, relapse prevention, and real-world decision-making skills.
Clients are expected to participate actively in discussion and complete any assigned work or treatment tasks.
ADETS Schedule
The ADETS (Alcohol Drug Education Traffic School) schedule is available by contacting the office.
Call our staff for current class availability, enrollment details, and upcoming start dates.
Telehealth Services
All services are available by telehealth when clinically appropriate and approved during intake or treatment planning.
Virtual services follow the same structure, documentation requirements, and clinical standards as in-person services. Clients are expected to participate in a private, secure environment during all sessions.

Wednesday and Saturday
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Thursday and Friday
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Clients may register for the class date and time that best fits their schedule.
Office Hours
Appointments and administrative services are available during the following hours:
Mon – Fri
7:00 AM – 9:00 PM
Saturday
7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday
2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
These hours support early morning, evening, and weekend availability for work schedules and court-related requirements.

Treatment Philosophy
We believe every individual has the capacity to achieve recovery and make positive, lasting changes. Our philosophy is to provide compassionate, person-centered, and evidence-based substance use treatment while promoting accountability, responsible decision-making, and public safety. Through individualized care delivered in a respectful and nonjudgmental environment, we support clients in meeting program requirements, reducing the risk of impaired driving, and building a foundation for sustained recovery.
GETTING STARTED
We're Here When You Need Us
If you are required to complete treatment services or have been referred for outpatient care, we will first complete an intake assessment and determine the appropriate level of care.
From there, you will be placed into individual counselling, group treatment, or a combination of both based on your needs and requirements.
